The 39steps is the latest project from producer, musician and dj kato. with an album written and recorded over two years, he has created a place where hip hop, electronica, jazz beats and film-scores collide. made from bottom-heavy beats and guest singer laura fowles spine-tingling vocals, features scratchy horns, haunting pianos. the album takes its inspiration from alfred hitchcock, massive attack and portishead in equal parts. cd only on bad sneakers.
